New Lanark - Falls of Clyde

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Dispenser of Grace.

What an amazing city Edinburgh is! Not only for its own history/natural beauty but the fact that it is literally a short hop away from some really lovely treasures.

Today, I was blessed to be able to enjoy good company on a walk that takes me through a World Heritage site into the forest to see peregrines and waterfalls.  The New Lanark World Heritage Site is nestled in a beautiful landscape that you struggle to imagine the difficult lives of mill workers back in the Victorian era.

It is definitely a place worth coming back for another visit.
